Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Burnaby Thirty-Something Women’s Soccer League

This is to inform you of the Annual General Meeting of the Burnaby Thirty-Something Women’s Soccer League.

To be able to proceed with the meeting a quorom of 30% of the membership of the League must be present in person.

Reminder:

• No business, other than the election of a President and the adjournment or termination of a meeting shall be conducted at any meeting of the league when a quorum is not present.
• If within 15 minutes of the appointed start time for the Annual General meeting a quorum is not present, the meeting shall stand adjourned to a suitable date. This date should be within the next 30 days at the same time and place, if possible.

It would be unfortunate if the meeting had to be rescheduled due to a lack of attendance, so please make an effort to be there if you can so that we have a decent representation from our team and a quorum will be present the first time around.
