• Registration Deadline for Teams and Individual Players is December 31, 2012.

2. Communication Officer Report: Tracy Saunders

• Confirm updates to Contact List

3. Transportation and Accommodation Update: Carol Miller

• Payment Deadlines?

4. Uniform update: Debbie Peters

• Name for all teams: Vancouver Rocks or ?
• Colours for all teams: Red and White; Track Suit has black pants.

5. Time to separate into Age Groups for:

• Fundraising?
• Setting up a “Community Account” or “Non Profit Society”
• Deciding on Team Philosophy?
• Selecting a Coach?
• Practices?
• Team Registration?
• On Ground Transportation? ( Different Fields)
• Gifts/Pins for exchange?

6. Suggestion: Each team chooses two reps to attend meetings to discuss the following items that we have in common:

• *Uniforms
